About Us
The Las Cordilleras Subdivision Homeowner's Association aspires to a seamless interaction between the natural surroundings and the residential development. We have paid special attention to the habitat of these surroundings and tried to improve upon them. Where the topography was a challenge we've created wildlife habitat that serves to mitigate water flow. Plant species have been reintroduced along with advanced processes for repairing and replanting disturbed areas to insure the return of an improved natural state. Finally, our HOA covenants and construction guidelines have been thoughtfully designed to consciously restrict activities within the subdivision to make certain that Las Cordilleras remains a natural haven for exceptional residential living - for years to come.
